Programming
RD Precision can offer its customers a variety of programming solutions using either state of the art technology or more traditional methods. Almost all new aerostructures, sub-assemblies and components are now being designed in 3D, and RD Precision can accommodate these 3D models using Catia.

Catia
Catia gives us the ability to receive customer components direct from cad models, which allows the programming to be created quickly using edgecam.
Total integrity of customer data is maintained when it's uploaded to our CNC machines using a DNC data storage and transfer system.

EdgeCAM
EdgeCAM Solid Machinist is a powerful, integrated CAM system for generating machining strategies and NC code for solid models, specifically for CATIA V5 parts. EdgeCAM Solid Machinist, in combination with CATIA V5, provides a complete CAD/CAM solution that allows us to benefit from the seamless integration between these two products, maximizing efficiency and productivity
